Holding both an M.Sc. and M.Phil., she has spent more than 10 years in the food industry, specializing in product development and quality enhancement. Under her guidance, the company’s in-house R&D team—comprising four expert chefs—works tirelessly to craft unique, high-quality chocolate products that reflect both tradition and creativity. Gayathri’s vision is to blend scientific precision with culinary artistry, creating memorable chocolate experiences for every customer.
