With a strong academic background in food science and over a decade of hands-on industry experience, Gayathri Thirunavukarasan brings passion, innovation, and leadership to the heart of Madras Choco Company.
Holding both an M.Sc. and M.Phil., she has spent more than 10 years in the food industry, specializing in product development and quality enhancement. Under her guidance, the company’s in-house R&D team—comprising four expert chefs—works tirelessly to craft unique, high-quality chocolate products that reflect both tradition and creativity.
Gayathri’s vision is to blend scientific precision with culinary artistry, creating memorable chocolate experiences for every customer.
